Our designer infant and toddler tees, as well as our unique women’s tees are constructed using only the highest quality 100% combed, ringspun cotton. The 1x1 rib has great elasticity and the custom, contoured fit clings to the body. Our unique infant and toddler clothing, along with our boutique women’s tees are pre-shrunk which means low shrinkage when you wash and dry them. All of our products are made in the USA.

Our custom designed t-shirts are printed using the most up-to-date digital printing processes and will not fade, crack or peel. They have a soft-to-the-touch feel & are printed using water-based, eco-friendly t-shirt printing processes.

Fraud: We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping.

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns
At Regionz Kidz, customer satisfaction is our number one concern! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused with tags still attached in its original packaging within 14 days of date of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. (SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE! SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES!!) Packages must be postmarked within the 14 day period in order to receive a full refund. Any item received in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

In order to insure proper credit, please make sure to include all relevant information such as a copy of the original invoice, name, address, phone number, email address and reason for return. We suggest sending your return via a signature required method of shipping in order to insure proper processing. If we never receive the product back, we can not issue a credit and you will not have any proof that you did send the item back to us – if a signature is required, we can avoid this type of problem!

Once a return is received, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement. We can only issue a credit back to the card that was used for the purchase. SHIPPING FEES AND GIFT WRAPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE!

The only non returnable items at Regionz Kidz are: Customized or Personalized items or any other special order items. We will accept any return due to a manufacturers' defect. Please note that all SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES! We do not accept returns on sale merchandise.

Exchanges
Exchanges on non-sale and non-customized or personalized items are accepted as long as the item is unused with tags still attached in its original packaging and returned to Regionz Kidz within 14 days of date of purchase. New shipping charges will apply to an exchange.

In order to exchange an item, please follow the above return procedures.
Canceling an Order
Orders are processed as they are received – on the same day. You must cancel an order or make any changes to the order by the end of the business day that you placed the order. If items are in stock, we ship the very next morning after an order was placed. For example, if you place an order at 11am EST, you have until 5pm EST to cancel the order – if not, it will be shipped and your order is subject to our return policy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that you feel is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact customer service immediately at (602) 619-8349.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be charged only within Arizona. If your shipment is going outside of Arizona, we will not charge sales tax. Regionz Kidz charges 8.5% sales tax for orders shipped within Arizona.

We value your privacy! All info submitted to Regionz Kidz is kept confidential. No personal information is shared, sold or distributed.

Regionz Kidz uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, (such as credit card submissions) are not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any info sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The info is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Shipping: We ship within the continental US via USPS.

Tracking Your Order: You will be notified by email once your order is shipped & given a tracking number to check the status of your order.
